The heat in Bihar is not reducing. People are troubled by the scorching sun and humid heat. The weather department has today issued a red alert regarding heat wave (severe heat wave) in Patna, Buxar, Bhojpur, Aurangabad, Kaimur, Rohtas and Arwal districts. At the same time, the weather department has issued an orange alert regarding heat wave (heat wave) at one or two places in Banka, Samastipur, Jamui, Gaya, Saran, Sheikhpura, Begusarai, Lakhisarai, Jehanabad, Nawada, Nalanda, Siwan and Vaishali districts.
Aurangabad was the hottest district
The weather department has said that it will be a hot day in one or two places of the north-west, north-central and south-east parts of Bihar. At the same time, light to moderate rain is expected in some parts of Supaul, Araria and Purnia districts of the state during the next few hours. During the last 24 hours, the highest maximum temperature in the state was recorded in Aurangabad at 44.9 degrees Celsius while the lowest minimum temperature was recorded in Dehri at 22.5 degrees Celsius.

The districts of Bihar where temperatures were recorded above 40 degrees are Patna 42.2 degrees, Gaya 44.0, Bhagalpur 40.1, Chhapra 42.8, Dehri 44.8, Sheikhpura 44.8, Gopalganj 43.0, Jamui 42.7, Buxar 44.1, Bhojpur 44.7, Vaishali 43.5, Aurangabad 44.9, Banka 42.8, Nawada 43.4, Rajgir 43.4, Jiradei 43.5, Arwal 44.7, Bikramganj 43.6 and Munger 42.2 degrees Celsius. The names of the districts where temperatures were recorded below 40 degrees are as follows. The temperatures were recorded at Purnia 36.0, Valmiki Nagar 39.4, Muzaffarpur 37.4, Darbhanga 38.2, Supaul 36.6, Kishanganj 33.0, Forbesganj 37.2, Madhubani 39.2, Begusarai 38.9, Katihar 35.4, Araria 357 degrees and Pusa 38.0 degrees Celsius.
Rain in Kishanganj, rest of the places dry
According to the Hydromet Unit Patna, during the last 24 hours, moderate rainfall with thunder was recorded only at many places in Kishanganj district in Bihar, while the rest of the state remained dry. Severe heat wave and heat wave prevailed at many places in the state. The highest maximum temperature was recorded in the south-west and south-central parts of the state. Strong winds with an average speed of 30 to 40 kilometres per hour were seen for some time in Gaya, Bihar. The weather forecast is as follows. According to the weather forecast, light rainfall may occur in the north-eastern part of Bihar during the next 24 hours. Severe heat wave may prevail during the day in the south-western part of Bihar for two days. Heat wave may prevail at many places in the state during the next 24 hours.
